It's the two girls from The Simple Life, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.

It's Paris Hilton and her sister Nicky (not the same girl from Simple Life). Wow they look slutty in that picture. Nicky usually doesn't look skanky like her sister.

Yes! Death the the Hilton girls! They're worse than mine (the Olsen twins). Don't wait till 2013! And do you notice that a lot of people are using the necklace? That's going to be one nasty necklace by the time it's all finished...
