stuff

there is no reason why i should be this tired. i went to sleep ~midnight, and got up just before 10. i am so digging this whole "slacker" lifestyle. mmm... slacks. mmm.... decaf instant raspberry white chocolate cappuccino...

to you and you and you, you, and you!

so wednesday, when i took my tuba to the shop, i got sort of lost on my way back to the parkway. i found my way back eventually, and decided to take it all the way up to edgewater, and go to my jpn store. they are doing some kind of woogidy construction... i forget where... either on the gsp, or on rt 80, and suffice it to say, i could not be here right now. they split traffic into two separate lanes, with constructin in the middle. i took the right fork, aka, local fork. entrance ramps have stop signs at the end, signifying that people are supposed to stop before they ender the highway. one dude decided NOT to stop, and therefore break the law, right as i was coming up to pass the entrance. i realize he isn't stopping, floor it, and wail on the horn. only... the horn makes no noise! augh! so that night, i get home, tell my mom that the car has to go back to the shop because this could be dangerous/deadly. it works now. wee.

on a lighter note, i was exactly correct with my diagnosis of why the phone line didn't work. i moved the base downstairs to the kitchen, and now i have a phone in my room. sure, it doesn't ring, but it's here. and i did get a splitter, so i have a phone and my computer. woot.

excel saga is too, too damned funny. i miss space butler.

i had something else to say... oh well.

i'm a lumberjack, and i'm ok. i sleep all night, and i work all day!

i remembered what it was!
i made pizza for dinner tonight. i baked it a little too long, and it was crispy. i was cutting it when the pizza cutter slipped. yes, i slit my wrist using a pizza cutter.
